Speed workout! Warmup, then 3k @ GP 11:30, break, 4x400 @ GP 72 w/3:00 rest, break, 3x500 @ GP 1:30 w/2:00 rest. Times were 11:30, 72, 71, 71, 72, 1:29, 1:31 and 1:32. Mostly, it went really well. The last couple missed the mark a bit, but I gave it everything I had! So, the workout was a success. And killed me dead. (DS 245.7) (S spike 15.2)
